Alkhovsky Alexander Davidovich (b. 1947) - Soviet Russian painter, teacher. Member of the Leningrad Union of Artists. Member of the Academy of Arts of the USSR (1978-1995). He studied at the Leningrad Institute of Painting and Sculpture. I.E. Repin (1967-1973) by V.M. Oreshnikova, E.E. Moiseenko, B.S. Ugarova. Currently lives and works in Germany. Member of the WCC in Hamburg (2001).

Alkhovsky. The son of a professor of painting, Alkhovsky, D.B., the artist joined the world of art at an early age, having subsequently undergone serious professional training. Master of the urban landscape. Most of Alkhovsky’s works are devoted to the city on the Neva, they were written in the vicinity of Vasilyevsky Island, where his workshop was located.
