Lavrukhin Yuri Nikolaevich

Lavrukhin Yuri Nikolaevich (1924 - 2016) - graphic artist, Honored Artist of Russia, member of the Union of Artists of Russia, full member of the Petrovsky Academy of Sciences and Arts. Member of the Great Patriotic War, awarded the Order of the Patriotic War of the 2nd degree and many medals. Born in 1924 in the village of Vazhiny, Leningrad Region.
The artist's works are in the All-Union Museum of A.S. Pushkin, the State Museum of Political History (St. Petersburg), the State Central Historical Museum (Moscow), the St. Petersburg State Museum of Theater and Music, the Museum of the History of Religion, the Museum of the Institute of Russian Literature (Pushkinsky house), other museums, as well as in private collections in Russia and Europe.
