Rakov Vasily Vasilyevich (1960) - graphic artist, member of the Ministry of Agriculture since 2004, member of the Union of Journalists since 1994. Rakov Vasily Vasilievich was born in 1960 in the city of Chimkent. In 1994 he graduated from the Moscow Polygraphic Institute, Department of Artistic and technical design of printed materials. Since 1994 he has participated in exhibitions in Russia and abroad. Works in the field of monumental and decorative art (painting, mosaic, stained glass) in secular architecture. Engaged in architectural design, interior and landscape design, as well as easel painting. Works are in private collections in Russia and abroad: Belgium, Germany, France, USA.
