Trunev Yuri Vasilievich (1921-1986) - graphic artist, Member of the Union of Artists of the USSR. Born in the village of Staritsa, Kalinin region. Lived and worked in Leningrad. Member of the Great Patriotic War. In 1951 he graduated from the Leningrad Higher School of Industrial Art named after V.I.Mukhina. Since 1956 he worked on posters in the Leningrad creative association «Battle Pencil».
