Rubin Efim Evseevich

Rubin Efim Evseevich - Honored Artist of the RSFSR. He graduated from the Institute. I.E. Repin in the workshop of M.I. Avilov. Member of the All-Union, All-Russian and zonal exhibitions since 1939. He taught at the School. Serov in Leningrad. Works are in many regional museums.
