Blinov Valentin Nikolaevich (1944) - graphic artist, member of the Union of Artists of the USSR. Born in Leningrad. One of the founders of the group of graphic artists «Quiet» («Ten Quiet»). For many years he collaborated with the magazines «Neva», «Star», «Bonfire», «Funny Pictures». Member of more than 250 exhibitions in Russia and abroad.
The works are in collections of the State Tretyakov Gallery, the Russian Museum, Astrakhan State Art Gallery. P. M. Dogadin, Sofia Museum of Modern Art, Zagreb Museum of Modern Art, in museums in Germany, Switzerland, Poland, Hungary and Romania, in private collections in Russia and abroad.
