Briedis Yuri

Briedis Yuri - graphic artist, associate professor of the Latgale branch of the Latvian Academy of Arts. Juris Briedis was born in 1949. In the late 1970s he graduated from the Latvian Academy of Arts, after which he specialized in the art of engraving under Professor P. Upītis. In 1987-1989. continued to improve as an artist as an assistant at the I. Repin Leningrad Institute of the Academy of Arts (graphics department).
