Chicherina Minna Grigorievna (born 1940) studied at the Moldavian Art School in Chisinau (1960-65), at the Institute of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture named after I.E. Repin in Leningrad (1965-71). Member of the Union of Artists of the USSR since 1975. Participant of Russian and international exhibitions since 1965. An artist of rare talent, a painter, whose originality was already manifested in the first independent works. He works in a wide variety of genres, although he gives a slightly greater preference to landscape and portrait. Works are presented in the collections of the Republican Art Museum named after A.S. Pushkin, Chisinau, Moldova; State Russian Museum, St. Petersburg; in private collections in Italy, Germany, USA (New York).
