Petrov Yuri Valerievich (born in 1937) - graphic artist, Member of the Union of Artists of the USSR (1970). Born in the town of Orekhovo-Zuevo, Moscow Region. In 1963 he graduated from the Moscow Art School "In Memory of 1905". Since 1967 - the beginning of creative work. Works in easel graphics, painting, book graphics. Since 1970 - a member of the Union of Artists of the USSR. From 1962 he worked in the publishing houses «Politizdat», «Soviet Russia», «Soviet Writer».
