Pushkareva Elena Vasilyevna, an artist, was born in Leningrad. In 1980 she graduated from the Academy of Arts, graphic faculty, book workshop of Professor G. A. Epifanov. Since 1982 member of the Union of Artists of Russia.
She participated in more than one hundred and fifty exhibitions in Russia and abroad. In 1994 she founded the group «Tower» and organized the first exhibition of the group in the mansion Bosse, in St. Petersburg. The graphic artist and painter, works in the techniques of oil and acrylic painting, collage, lithography, etching, and also does book illustrations and ex-libris.
