Waltsefer (Izhevskaya) Ksenia Borisovna (1930 - 2017) - Soviet graphic artist, sculptor, Member of the Union of Artists of the USSR. In 1953 she entered the Institute of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture named after I.E.Repin. The training took place at the sculpture faculty with the teacher Mikhail Konstantinovich Anikushin. She graduated in 1959 with the qualification of an artist-sculptor. Thesis in the All-Russian Academy of Arts - «Youth», the rating is good. Waltsefer's husband Viktor Aleksandrovich (February 3, 1928, Samara - June 2, 1983, Leningrad) - Soviet and Russian graphic artist, member of the Leningrad organization of the Union of Artists of the RSFSR. Daughter Waltsefer Julia Viktorovna (January 4, 1960, Leningrad) - Russian graphic artist and painter, member of the St. Petersburg Union of Artists, member of the Creative Union of Artists of Russia. In her creative work, she developed the design of original souvenirs in ceramics and wood, including those dedicated to Leningrad. More than one generation of Soviet children grew up with toys invented by Ksenia Borisovna: all kinds of seals, lambs, elephants shaking their heads. Later, under the influence of her husband, Ksenia Borisovna took up color lithography, creating a number of wonderful animalistic cycles. Master of fine animalistic watercolors.
