Miroshnichenko Andrey Ivanovich (1922-1999) - graphic artist, Member of the Union of Artists of the USSR (1966), Member of the Board of the Moscow Union of Artists, member of the Commission for the Affairs of the Moscow Union of Artists, member of the Art Council of the Graphics Section of the Moscow Union of Artists. Born on June 25, 1922 in Moscow. Veteran of the Great Patriotic War. He fought on the 1st White Russian Front. Heavy tank gun commander, foreman. He was awarded the Order of the Red Star, the Second Degree of the Patriotic War, medals for military services, for the liberation of Warsaw, and for the victory over Germany.
In 1954 he graduated from the Moscow City Art Studio for invalids of the Great Patriotic War, in 1966 he graduated from the Moscow Polygraphic Institute. The beginning of creative work in 1963. His landscapes convey the beauty and lyrics of our country's nature. He worked in the technique of watercolor, color linocut.
